General Eligibility Criteria

• Age Limit: 23 to 35 years (Relaxable under government rules).

• Academic Criteria:

  • MS or M.Phil (first division) in the relevant field or equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized university with no third division in the academic career.

  • Note: In case of higher qualification, the condition of a third division shall not be applicable.

• Quotas: Quotas for minorities, persons with disabilities, and women are observed in accordance with Government rules.

• In-Service Candidates: Applicants working on Regular / Acting Charge / Officiating / Ad-hoc / Contract basis in Government, Semi-Government, and Autonomous Bodies must apply through proper channel and submit a Departmental NOC along with Experience Certificates.

• Experience Validity: Daily wages, part-time, visiting, honorary, adjunct, or apprentice experience will not be considered. Private sector experience is accepted only if the entities are registered with SECR, Registrar of Firms, or regulatory bodies.
