Applications are invited from Pakistani nationals (male candidates holding a Punjab domicile) for appointment on a contract basis against various administrative positions available in the Transport Office at Hafiz Hayat Campus, University of Gujrat.   • Number of Posts: 23

  • Qualification & Experience: Literate; must hold a valid HTV license with five years of experience.

  • Age Limit: 25–40 years (relaxable under rules)

• 2. Driver LTV (BPS-06)

  • Number of Posts: 10

  • Qualification & Experience: Literate with a valid LTV license and three years of experience.

  • Age Limit: 25–40 years (relaxable under rules)

  • Mode of Appointment: Contract

• 3. Bus Cleaner (BPS-02)

  • Number of Posts: 24

  • Qualification & Experience: Literate.

  • Age Limit: 18–30 years (relaxable under rules)

Terms & Conditions

• Submission of the job application in both formats (online and hard copy) is mandatory; incomplete submissions or applications sent in only one format will be rejected without notice.

• Applicants must submit two sets of online application forms along with original fee deposit receipts, attested copies of degrees, transcripts, experience certificates, Employment Verification Proforma (EVP), NOC (if applicable), domicile, CNIC, and recent photographs.

• Govt, semi-govt, and autonomous body employees must apply through proper channels with a departmental NOC and experience certificates issued by their respective appointing authority.

• Applicants applying for multiple positions must submit a separate application for each position.

• Eligibility in all respects shall be reckoned up to the closing date of 07 September 2026.

How to Apply

1. Online Application: Access the official University of Gujrat job portal at https://www.jobs.uog.edu.pk to submit your application and generate the prescribed auto-fee challan.

2. Fee Deposit: Deposit the required processing fee through the auto-generated challan.

3. Dispatch Hard Copies: Print the hard copy of the online application and mail/deliver it along with all required verified documents to the Office of the Registrar (HR Section, Room No. 104, Admin Block), University of Gujrat. Clearly write the name of the post applied for on the top right side of the envelope.
