How to Apply & Test Registration

1. Online Registration: Interested candidates must register online by visiting the official HEC testing portal at http://etc.hec.gov.pk.

2. Profile Submission: Complete the application form diligently and make sure to hit the "SUBMIT" button before the 4:00 PM deadline on the final registration closing date. Applications left in "SAVE" or "INCOMPLETE" modes will not be entertained.

3. Application Fee Payment: The required test fee must be submitted electronically through 1Link / 1Bill Invoice payment services using your unique generated consumer number.

4. Fee Verification: After paying the fee, log back into your ETC dashboard and click on "Verify Online Payment" to confirm your transaction. Note that the test fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

5. Hard Copies: Applications received by hand, through mail, or via direct email will not be accepted by the university.

6. Test Requirements: Candidates must bring their original CNIC or Original Passport on the test day along with the official Roll Number Slip downloaded from the portal.

Important Note: Information regarding test dates, timings, and examination venues will be communicated to registered applicants via official Email and SMS. Ensure that the mobile number provided during registration is not converted from one network to another to avoid missing crucial updates.
