Terms & Conditions

• University Positions Minimum Qualification: HEC Faculty appointment criteria shall be followed.

• College Positions Minimum Qualification: BS/Master's equivalent degree awarded after 16 years of education in the relevant field from an HEC-recognized University/Institution with no 3rd division in academic career.

• Division Relaxation: The condition of no 3rd division shall not be applicable if the candidate holds a higher degree (viz. PhD or equivalent) with not more than one 3rd division in their entire academic career.

• Fee Structure: Application processing fee is Rs. 1,000/- for University Positions and Rs. 500/- for College Positions. The fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Government Employees: Candidates serving in Government/Semi-Government departments or autonomous bodies must submit an original No Objection Certificate (NOC) along with their application forms by the due date.

• Multiple Applications: Candidates applying for more than one Subject/Discipline/Post must submit separate application forms along with separate Challan forms.

• Shortlisting: Only short-listed candidates will be called for interview. No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview.

• Right of Selection: The University reserves the right to increase, decrease, withhold, or cancel any position or appointment at any stage without assigning any reason.

• Incomplete Applications: Incomplete applications or those received after the due date will not be entertained under any circumstances.

How to Apply

1. Download Application Form: Download the prescribed Job Application Form available on the official website: [https://www.uhe.edu.pk/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/Job-Application-Form-for-Visiting-Faculty.pdf].

2. Deposit Application Fee: Deposit the processing fee (Rs. 1,000/- for University Positions or Rs. 500/- for College Positions) using the Challan form annexed with the application form.

3. Fill Fee Details: Mention the applicant's name, post name (Visiting Faculty for University Positions or Visiting Teacher for College Positions), and Subject/Discipline clearly on the Challan Form.

4. Compile Documents: Attach the Original Challan Form (HR & Accounts Copy), attested copies of educational documents, experience certificates, domicile, CNIC, equivalence certificates (if applicable), and two passport-size photographs.

5. Envelope Marking: Clearly mark the post name (Visiting Faculty for University Positions or Visiting Teacher for College Positions) along with the Subject/Discipline on the top right corner of the envelope.

6. Submit Application: Send the complete application packet via Registered Mail / Courier Service to:
