The university is hiring across multiple departments with the following requirements:

Associate Professor (BPS-20)	Public Administration	As per HEC Pakistan Criteria; Age per Govt policy.
Assistant Professor (BPS-19)	Public Admin, Business Admin, CS&IT, AI, Commerce, English, Education	As per HEC Pakistan Criteria; Age per Govt policy.
Lecturer (BPS-18)	Psychology, Islamic Banking & Finance	As per HEC Pakistan Criteria; Age per Govt policy.
Private Secretary (BPS-17)	General Administration	16 years of education; 5 years experience as PA/PS in BPS-16; 50 W.P.M typing speed.
Electrician (BPS-08)	General Administration	Matric with at least one-year relevant diploma from a recognized VTI.
Security Guard (BPS-01)	General Administration	Matric; Ex-Armed personnel; Physical Fitness Certificate required.

General Instructions for Applicants

• Application Process: Candidates must submit a prescribed application form along with attested copies of degrees, transcripts, and domicile certificates to the Registrar's office.

• Fees: Application processing fees vary by scale:

  • BPS-20 & above: Rs. 12,100/-.

  • BPS-17 to 19: Rs. 6,050/-.

  • BPS-06 to 16: Rs. 2,420/-.

  • BPS-1 to 5: Rs. 1,210/-.

• Preference: Preference will be given to AJK Nationals (1st Class State Subject).

• Deadline: Applications must reach the Registrar's office by February 18, 2026.
