Employment Basis: All appointments are strictly on a contract basis, managed in accordance with the approved rules and recruitment policies of the University.

Ineligibility Rule: Candidates possessing a third division anywhere in their entire academic career are not considered eligible to apply.

First Division Definition: A minimum CGPA of 3.00 out of 4.00 under the Semester System, or a minimum of 60% marks under the Annual System, will be classified as a first division.

Service Matters: The service matters and operational duties of the appointed faculty members will be strictly governed by the specific terms and conditions detailed in their contract appointment letters and relevant university policies.
