Minimum Qualification & Experience Requirements

Candidates must meet one of the following criteria for both roles:

• Option 1: Ph.D. in any discipline with 8 years of post-qualification teaching or administrative experience in a public/private institute or HEC-recognized university.

• Option 2: MS or MPhil (2nd Division) in any discipline with 10 years of post-qualification teaching or administrative experience in a public/private institute or HEC-recognized university.

Mandatory Application Instructions

• Application Form: Download the prescribed form from the official website: www.umw.edu.pk.

• Processing Fee: A non-refundable bank draft of Rs. 4000/- must be drawn in favor of the Treasurer, University of Mianwali.

• Submission Deadline: Complete applications must reach the Office of the Registrar on or before 20th February 2026.

• Documentation: Submit three (03) sets of application forms, signed and complete in all respects with necessary documents attached.

• Current Employees: Candidates in Government/Semi-Government or Autonomous bodies must apply through the proper channel.

• Equivalence: Foreign degree holders must provide an equivalence certificate issued by the HEC.
