Terms and Conditions

• Eligibility & Disqualification: Applicants previously dismissed, terminated, or penalized by government, semi-government, autonomous bodies, or courts are ineligible. Providing incorrect or false information at any stage will result in immediate disqualification.

• Government Employees: Candidates working in government, semi-government, or autonomous organizations (including current UON staff) must apply through proper channels and submit a valid No Objection Certificate (NOC).

• Experience Criteria: Experience gained on a daily wage, part-time, honorary, or apprentice basis will not be accepted. Private sector experience is only valid if the entity is registered with SECP, Registrar of Firms, or a recognized regulatory authority.

• Foreign Degrees: Foreign degree holders must submit an HEC/IBCC equivalence certificate issued and attested by the relevant authority.

• Age Relaxation: Upper age limit relaxation will be granted in accordance with standard Government and University rules.

• Application Processing Fee: A non-refundable processing fee must be deposited into any Bank of Punjab branch (Account No. 6510222875800028). Bank drafts, pay orders, cheques, or postal orders are not accepted.

  • Rs. 800/- for PPS-06 posts

• Test/Interview & Allowances: Only shortlisted candidates meeting the eligibility criteria will be called for tests or interviews. No TA/DA will be provided.

• Nature of Appointment: All appointments are strictly contract-based for the project duration. Posts will be abolished upon project completion, and selected candidates have no claim to regular appointment.

How to Apply

1. Online Submission: Fill out and submit the online application form on the official portal at www.uon.edu.pk on or before September 14, 2026. Upload all required documents and the paid bank deposit slip.

2. Hard Copy Submission: Print one (01) copy of the completed online application form. Attach attested copies of all academic degrees/certificates, both sides of transcripts/DMCs, verified experience certificates, an updated CV, NOC (if applicable), domicile, CNIC, recent passport-size photographs, and the original paid bank challan receipt.

3. Mailing: Write the name of the post applied for clearly on the top right corner of the envelope.

4. Delivery: Send the hard-copy document set via courier service only to the specified address. Hand-submitted applications will not be accepted.
