• Nature of Engagement: Engagement as Visiting Faculty shall be purely temporary and on a need basis. It shall not confer any right to regular appointment, continuation, absorption, seniority, or any permanent claim.

• Faculty Pool Utilization: Candidates included in the Visiting Faculty Pool will be engaged as and when required, depending on academic requirements, workload availability, and approval of the competent authority.

• Eligibility & Results: Candidates awaiting result declaration are not eligible to apply.

• Shortlisting & Interviews: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the demonstration/interview stage.

• Document Verification: Candidates called for demonstration/interview must bring original educational and experience certificates along with one set of photocopies, an updated CV, and one recent passport-size photograph.

• Disqualification: Incomplete applications, incorrect information, concealment of facts, or submission of forged documents will lead to disqualification at any stage.

• TA/DA: No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the demonstration/interview.

• Rights Reserved: The University reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of positions, withhold any post, or cancel the recruitment process entirely without assigning any reason.
