Eligibility and Remuneration

• Research Assistant (PhD Scholar):

  • Criteria: Must be currently enrolled in a PhD at the University of Sargodha (Management Sciences/Economics/Social Sciences). Requires proficiency in SPSS/SMART-PLS and strong academic writing skills.

  • Remuneration: Rs. 80,000 per month (for 03 months).

• Research Assistant (MS/MPhil Scholar):

  • Criteria: Must be enrolled at the University of Sargodha in MS/MPhil (Management/Economics/Social Sciences). Requires basic research knowledge and MS Office proficiency.

  • Remuneration: Rs. 25,000 per month (for 03 months).

• Research Assistant:

  • Criteria: Master’s degree or above from an HEC-recognized university. Strong data handling and report writing skills are essential; previous research project experience is preferred.

  • Remuneration: Rs. 96,000 per month (for 03 months).

• Office Assistant (Daily Wages):

  • Criteria: Intermediate degree or above. Requires strong typing and Microsoft Office skills.

  • Remuneration: Rs. 25,000 per month (for 03 months).
