Terms & Conditions

1. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for Test / Interview.

2. Candidates for all positions are required to fill out the application form and submit it along with a complete C.V. and attested copies of testimonials.

3. Two most recent passport-size photographs should be affixed on each application.

4. Foreign degree holders must provide an equivalence certificate issued by the HEC.

5. Applications must be accompanied by an original bank deposit slip / University Challan Form as processing fee (non-refundable) deposited under Head of Account "Collection" in HBL A/C No. 00427991777803, University of Sargodha:

   • Professor & Associate Professor: Rs. 3000/-

   • Assistant Professor: Rs. 2000/-

   • Lecturer & Lab Engineer: Rs. 1500/-

6. Candidates already in service of a Government / Semi-Government Department or an Autonomous Body must apply through proper channel by the closing date; otherwise, their applications shall not be entertained.

7. Applications received after the closing date may not be entertained, even if posted before the closing date.

8. Incomplete applications may not be entertained.

9. In case any information provided by the candidate is found to be incorrect or false at any stage, he/she will be disqualified and action will be taken under the rules.

10. This hiring will be for initially one semester and may be continued subject to performance and requirement for the next semester (maximum one academic year). However, it may be discontinued at any time on the recommendations of the concerned Chairperson.

11. Payment shall be made on a per-hour basis as per approved rates:

    • Professor: Rs. 1800/-

    • Associate Professor: Rs. 1700/-

    • Assistant Professor: Rs. 1600/-

    • Lecturer & Lab Engineer: Rs. 1500/-

12. The University reserves the right to increase or decrease the post(s) according to the need of the departments and reserves the right not to fill/withdraw any post/withhold the appointment against any advertised post without assigning any reason.

13. Hiring will be made strictly in accordance with the University of Sargodha SOPs/Regulations of Part-Time Extra teaching, approved and amended from time to time.

4. Submit the complete application dossier directly to the Heads of respective Departments / Principals of Constituent Colleges / Directors of Institutes / School, University of Sargodha on or before the deadline.
