The University of Swabi, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, has issued Advertisement No. (2-2) – 2026 inviting applications for Visiting Lecturer positions across multiple disciplines. These appointments are for the Fall 2026 semester and are extendable to the Spring 2027 semester.

Qualified candidates possessing the required academic qualifications from Higher Education Commission (HEC) recognized institutions are invited to participate in the upcoming walk-in interviews.

Terms & Conditions

• Nature of Engagement: The engagement is purely on a visiting basis for the Fall 2026 semester, extendable to the Spring 2027 semester.

• Qualification Criteria:

  • General Disciplines (Agriculture, Biotech, Chemistry, Environmental Sciences, Physics, Math, IR, Islamic & Arabic Studies, Management Sciences, Political Science, Psychology, Statistics, Sociology, Urdu, Economics, Education, English): First Class MS/MPhil or equivalent degree (18 years of education) in the relevant field from an HEC recognized university.

  • Allied Health Sciences & Tourism/Hotel Management: MS/MPhil/equivalent degree in the relevant field, or a BS degree with two years of relevant experience.

  • Law: LLB Degree (First Class) from an HEC recognized university/institution.

  • Computer Science: First Class Master's Degree (16 years of education) in the relevant field from an HEC recognized university.

• Verification: Candidates must fulfill the specified eligibility standards laid down by HEC and the university regulations.

2. Attend the walk-in interviews at the Committee Room, University of Swabi according to the following schedule:

   • Tuesday, August 25, 2026 (at 08:30 AM): Agriculture, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Environmental Sciences, Physics, Mathematics, International Relations, Islamic and Arabic Studies.

   • Wednesday, August 26, 2026 (at 08:30 AM): Management Sciences, Political Science, Psychology, Statistics, Sociology, Urdu, Economics, Education, English.

   • Thursday, August 27, 2026 (at 08:30 AM): Allied Health Sciences, Tourism and Hotel Management, Law, Computer Science.
