The University of Swat has officially announced its latest recruitment drive for 2026, offering various Faculty and Administrative positions at the Main Campus and Women Campus. Swat University Available Vacancies

The university is hiring for multiple departments ranging from Science and Technology to Humanities and Law.

1. Faculty Positions (Main Campus)

• Professor (BPS-21): Microbiology, Mathematics.

• Associate Professor (BPS-20): Sociology, Forensic Sciences, Information Technology.

• Assistant Professor (BPS-19): Computer Science, Education, English, Botany, Fisheries, Islamic Studies, Zoology, Forensic Sciences, Management Sciences (Finance/HRM).

• Assistant Professor (Fixed Pay - Rs. 70,000/-): Microbiology, Human Biotechnology, Inorganic Chemistry, Computer Science, Information Technology.

• Lecturer (BPS-18): Chemistry, English, Physics.

2. Administrative Positions (Main Campus)

• Assistant Registrar Legal (BPS-17): Requires LLB with first division and 03 years bar experience.

• Network Administrator (BPS-17): First Class Master’s/BS (16 years) in CS/IT/Software Engineering.

• Web Administrator (BPS-17): First Class Master’s/BS (16 years) in CS/IT/Software Engineering.

3. Faculty Positions (Women Campus)

• Assistant Professor (BPS-19) - Female: Zoology.

• Lecturer (BPS-18) - Female: English, Home Economics, Psychology, Botany, Zoology, Computer Science, Islamic Studies.

 

Eligibility Summary

Eligibility criteria vary by post and follow HEC guidelines:

• Professors/Associate Professors: PhD with specific teaching/research experience and a required number of publications in HEC recognized journals.

• Assistant Professors: PhD in the relevant field from an HEC recognized institution.

• Lecturers: First Class MS/MPhil (18 years of education) with no 3rd division in the academic career.

Note: For certain Lecturer positions, a PhD degree may waive the "no 3rd division" condition provided there is only one 3rd division in the entire career.
