2. Deposit Fee: Generate and deposit an online bank challan of Rs. 5000/- in any branch of Bank Alfalah Ltd. in Pakistan. Attach the Original Paid Bank Challan with your hard copy application.

3. Submit Hard Copies: After the online submission, applicants must print out the pre-filled online application.

   • Submit FOUR SETS for the Professor and Associate Professor posts.

   • Submit THREE SETS for the Assistant Professor posts.

4. Mailing Address: Send your signed hardcopy sets along with verified copies of testimonials via post or courier service to the Registrar’s Office, UVAS, Lahore on or before July 2, 2026. Applications by hand will not be accepted.

Important Note for Previous Applicants: Those who already submitted applications against advertisements published on 21st July 2023 and 10th June 2024 do not need to apply again. However, if you wish to update your documents, you may submit a fresh hard copy and softcopy within the stipulated time.
