The University of Gujrat (UOG) has officially published Advertisement No. 04/2026 inviting applications for administrative positions within the Transport Office at Hafiz Hayat Campus. Positions are available on a contract basis for eligible male candidates holding a valid Punjab domicile.

Terms & Conditions

• Eligibility Scope: Male candidates holding a valid Punjab domicile.

• Mandatory Dual Submission: Candidates must submit applications in both formats (online portal submission and hard copy delivery). Failure to submit in both formats will lead to rejection without notice.

• Required Application Sets: Applicants must submit two (02) complete sets of the online application form along with the original paid fee receipt, attested copies of degrees, transcripts/DMCs, experience certificates, NOC (if applicable), Domicile, CNIC, and recent photographs.

• Government Servants: Applicants currently working in Government, Semi-Government, or Autonomous Bodies (including UOG employees) must submit their applications through proper channels along with an official No Objection Certificate (NOC) and experience verification.

• Multiple Applications: Candidates applying for more than one position must submit a separate online application, challan fee, and physical dossier for each post.

• Shortlisting & Selection: Candidates will be shortlisted per University procedures. Shortlisted candidates will be notified for skill/physical tests and interviews.

• University Rights: The University of Gujrat reserves the right to increase, decrease, or cancel any position (wholly or partially) without assigning any reason.

How to Apply

1. Visit the official job portal of the University of Gujrat at https://www.jobs.uog.edu.pk to complete the online application.

2. Generate and print the auto-generated fee challan from the portal.

3. Deposit the required processing fee in the designated bank branch and collect the original receipt.

4. Complete two (02) sets of the printed online application form, attach the original fee challan receipt, and attach all attested supporting documents (academic records, experience certificates, CNIC, domicile, photographs).

5. Clearly write the Name of the Post Applied For on the top right corner of the application envelope.

6. Send the complete physical application packet by hand or via postal courier service to:
