Terms & Conditions

Before initiating the application process, please carefully review the compliance instructions:

1. Careful Form Submission: Fill out the online application form carefully, as no editing will be allowed after final submission.

2. Previous Advertisements: Candidates who previously submitted their applications against advertisements with the last date of submission being 21st July 2023 and 10th June 2024 do not need to apply again. Their previously deposited fee remains valid. However, if they wish to update or edit their applications, they must submit fresh hard copies and soft copies to the Registrar's Office within the stipulated time. Their age will be calculated from the original closing dates of those ads.

3. Age Calculation for New Applicants: For fresh candidates, the age limit will be calculated based on the current closing date.

4. University Discretion: UVAS reserves the right to increase, decrease, or withdraw the number of posts, or withhold the appointment process entirely without giving any reason.

5. Fee Exemption: Special Persons are completely exempted from paying the application processing fee.

How to Apply

Interested candidates must follow a dual-step application process involving both online and physical dossier submission:

• Step 1: Online Application

  Apply online via the official UVAS portal at www.uvas.edu.pk/jobs.

• Step 2: Bank Challan Payment

  Generate and deposit a non-refundable processing fee of Rs. 5000/- via an online bank challan at any branch of Bank Alfalah Ltd. in Pakistan. Attach the original paid challan receipt to your physical application.

• Step 3: Physical Document Submission

  Print the pre-filled online application form, sign it, and compile it with copies of your credentials, transcripts, and experience certificates. Submit the compiled sets to the Registrar's Office, UVAS, Lahore via post or courier services.

  • For Professor & Associate Professor: Submit FOUR SETS.

  • For Assistant Professor & Lecturer: Submit THREE SETS.
