 Apprenticeship Opportunity at Wah Industries Limited (WIL)

Wah Industries Limited (WIL) invites applications from eligible Male candidates (preferably local citizens of Pakistan) for the recruitment of 25 WIL DAE Apprentices. Selected candidates will undergo a comprehensive training program.

Eligibility Criteria

Feature	Details
Qualification	DAE (1st Division) in the following technologies: Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, Automation, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Mechanical, Chemical OR Metallurgy / Materials.
Age Limit	Up to 25 Years as on 30-10-2025.
Training Duration	6 Months

Payment of Stipend During Training:

Period	Monthly Stipend (per month)
During Training	Rs. 20,000 /p.m
Note	Accommodation, stationery, and uniform will also be provided by WIL.

Terms & Conditions:

1. Affidavit: Fresh Entrants, upon selection, must submit an affidavit on a stamp paper valuing Rs 100/- by their surety to complete their training satisfactorily. If they leave during training, they will have to pay the training plus allied charges.

2. Employment: The WIL Apprentices will be offered the job as per the requirement of WIL after successful completion of their training. It is not obligatory for WIL Management to offer the job to all WIL Apprentices.

3. Bond Deed: Selected WIL Apprentices must execute a prescribed bond to serve in WIL for a minimum period of 6 years. In case of leaving, they will have to refund all the amount spent on their training, including a penalty of Rs. 50,000/-.

• Deadline: The last date to apply is 27-10-2025.

• • In-complete applications and applications/results declared after the closing date will not be entertained.

  • Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the test/interview through SMS. Therefore, an active Mobile Number (non-converted to any other network) should be mentioned on the application proforma. WIL will take no responsibility for the non-receipt of SMS.

  • Test/Interview will be conducted at Wah Cantt. The list of candidates will also be displayed on the WIL Website.

  • No TA/DA will be admissible for the test/interview.
