List of Vacancies and Eligibility Details

• (Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director): Graduate degree from a well-reputed institute or professional qualification in business, manufacturing, science, technology, engineering, public administration, or commerce, with a minimum of 15 years of demonstrated executive-level experience (at least 10 years in senior commercial management roles).

Terms & Conditions

• Applicants must complete and sign an Application Form (Annexure "A") and submit a declaration on a non-judicial stamp paper (Annexure "B") as outlined in the Public Sector Companies (Appointment of Chief Executive) Guidelines 2015.

• Evaluation and selection will follow the fit and proper criteria specified in Schedule II of the guidelines and the provisions of the Companies Act 2017.
