The Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA) has published a recruitment announcement for regular employment opportunities under the Office of Chief Engineer / Project Director (CE/PD) Dargai Rehabilitation Project. Terms & Conditions

• Eligibility: Only candidates holding local domicile of District Malakand under the specified quota are eligible to apply.

• Selection Process: Written test will be conducted by M/s Central Testing Services (CTS) and subsequent interviews will be held by WAPDA.

• Age Relaxation Rules:

  • General age relaxation of 5 years is already included in the 18–30 age bracket.

  • An additional 03 years age relaxation is admissible for candidates belonging to Minorities.

  • Upper age limit is relaxable up to 10 years for Government / WAPDA employees who have completed 02 years of continuous regular service by the closing date.

  • Daily wage / contingent employees of WAPDA are granted special age relaxation equal to the number of years of their service in WAPDA.

  • Age relaxation is admissible in one category only.

  • Age will be calculated as of the closing date for submission of applications.

• In-Service Candidates: Serving WAPDA employees must obtain an NOC from their respective formation before the closing date.

• Probation & Regularization: The initial appointment will be on probation for a period of 01 year. Regularization is subject to satisfactory performance, and services may be dispensed with without notice during probation in case of unsatisfactory work or conduct.

• Document Verification: Original documents must be presented at the time of interview. Submission of false or bogus information will lead to rejection or termination at any stage.

• Departmental Rights: WAPDA reserves the right to withhold/cancel the recruitment process or alter the number of posts at any stage without assigning any reason.

How to Apply

1. Online Registration: Visit the Central Testing Services (CTS) official website at www.ctspak.com and complete the online application form.

2. Fee Payment: Deposit the test fee of Rs. 170/- to CTS using the prescribed bank challan form (downloadable from the website) at any branch of Bank Alfalah, UBL, MCB, or Bank Islami. Alternatively, payment can be made directly to the CTSPAK bank account via online banking applications (attach payment receipt copy).

3. Hard Copy Submission: Send a printed copy of the online application form along with:

   • Attested copies of educational certificates/degrees

   • Attested copy of Domicile Certificate

   • Attested copy of CNIC

   • Experience certificates (if applicable)

   • Two (02) recent passport-size photographs

   • Original paid bank fee challan / receipt

5. Roll Number Slips & Test Updates: CTS will inform candidates via SMS regarding roll number slips, test schedules, and results. Roll number slips can be downloaded directly from www.ctspak.com.
