Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA), Government of Pakistan, has announced job vacancies under the Balochistan Quota for suitable and eligible candidates holding a valid Balochistan Domicile/Local Certificate. Opportunities are available across multiple divisions and hydroelectric projects including HR Division, CE (Hydel) Chashma, CE(O&M) T-4th Ext. Tarbela, GM (Training Institutes & Education), DG (Medical Services), Chief Auditor WAPDA, Transport Directorate, Mangla Dam Organization, Surface Water Hydrology Project (SWHP), Water Resource Management Directorate (WRMD), Dasu HPP, GM (Hydro) Planning, TDP Tarbela, and GBHP Hattian. • (01 Jr. Technician Mechanical - BPS-14): 2-year vocational certificate / 3-year DAE in Mechanical with 3 years relevant experience, 18–30 Yrs.

• (04 TGT English / Math / Islamiyat / Urdu - BPS-16): Master's or 4-year BS in relevant subject (2 CGPA/2nd Div) AND Professional Qualification (M.Ed/B.Ed/MA Education), Max age 35

• (01 Librarian - BPS-15): Master's/BS in Library Science or Bachelor's (2nd Div) with 1-year Diploma in Library Science, 18–30 Yrs.

• (02 Lab Assistant - BPS-07): Matric with Science, 18–30 Yrs.

• (01 Attendant - BPS-14): DAE (Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics), 18–30 Yrs.

• (10 Staff Nurse - BPS-16): Registered A Grade Nurse, 18–30 Yrs.

• (01 Audit Assistant - BPS-15): B.Com with Auditing & Accounting / BBA Finance (min 50% marks), PC & MS Office proficiency, 18–30 Yrs.

• (03 Driver LTV - BPS-08): Matric with 5 years experience after obtaining LTV license, 25–35 Yrs.

• (01 Driver LTV - BPS-08): Matric with 5 years experience after obtaining LTV license, 25–35 Yrs.

GBHP Hattian

• (01 Jr. Clerk cum Computer Typist - BPS-11): HSSC/Intermediate/I.Com (2nd Div), 40 w.p.m typing, 3-month MS Office certificate, 18–30 Yrs.

 

Terms & Conditions

 

• Selection Method: Selection will be made on a walk-in interview / test basis after shortlisting candidates based on academics per WAPDA Recruitment Policy/SOP.

• Age Relaxation: Upper age relaxation of 05 years is granted instead of existing 03 years as a one-time exemption for this recruitment. WAPDA/Govt employees with 02 years continuous service get upper age relaxation equal to their years of service up to 10 years (max age 35 years). Age is calculated as of the closing date.

• Government/WAPDA Employees: Must apply through proper channel and submit NOC/permission before the closing date.

• Verification & Documents: Educational degrees/certificates must be verified from HEC/recognized boards. Original documents must be presented at the time of interview.

• Probation & Regularization: Initial appointment is on probation for 01 year; regularization is subject to satisfactory performance. Trained Graduate Teachers and Staff Nurses will be hired on contract/lumpsum basis.

• One-Time Skill Exemption: A one-time relaxation of skill requirements (typing/shorthand/computer proficiency) at initial appointment applies for BPS-01 to BPS-15 trainable skill posts; proficiency must be acquired during probation.

• TA/DA: No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview.
