Applications are invited from suitable and eligible candidates on a regular basis for vacant positions under the Pakistan Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA).

• Security Officer (BPS-16)

  • Number of Posts: 03

  • Quota: Open Merit

  • Eligibility Criteria: Retired Armed Forces JCOs of the rank of Hon. Sub. Major / Subedar or equivalent having passed Secondary School Certificate Examination with a "C" grade / second division or equivalent from a recognized University or Board, with preference given to intelligence-qualified officers with field or staff experience of security duty for 2 to 3 years.

  • Maximum Age Limit: 50 years for Subedar and 52 years for Subedar Major.

Terms & Conditions

• Only eligible and shortlisted candidates shall be called for tests or interviews, and no TA/DA shall be admissible.

• No further age relaxation is allowed in the prescribed age limit, and age will be calculated as of the last date of receipt of applications.

• The initial appointment will be on probation for a period of 01 year.

• Candidates who have been weeded out of service on disciplinary grounds or dismissed/debarred from future employment are not eligible to apply.

• Applications carrying incomplete or incorrect information, or received after the last date, shall be rejected.

• Applicants must be medically and physically fit.

• Project allowance shall be admissible on posting at projects only.

• WAPDA reserves the right to withhold or cancel the recruitment process at any stage without assigning any reason.

How to Apply

• Candidates may visit the M/s CTS website at www.ctspak.com for submission of applications.

• Pay a test fee of Rs. 170/- to M/s CTS in any branch of Bank Alfalah, UBL, MCB, or Bank Islami using the prescribed Bank Challan form downloadable from www.ctspak.com.pk, or deposit directly into the CTSPAK bank account through banking applications and attach the payment receipt.

• Send a copy of the online submitted form along with attested copies of all educational documents, domicile certificate, CNIC, experience certificates, two recent passport-size photographs, and original fee challan via courier service or Pakistan Post to: Central Testing Services office, 414, F2, Jeff Heights, Main Boulevard, Gulberg-III, Lahore, Pakistan.
