The Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA) is currently seeking competent, dedicated, dynamic, and self-motivated teaching professionals for WAPDA Primary School, Golen Gol Hydel Power Station, Chitral. These positions are offered on a contingent basis strictly for local residents possessing Chitral domicile.

Qualified candidates with a Master's degree or a 4-year Bachelor's degree alongside professional education qualifications (M.Ed./B.Ed./B.Ed. Hons./MA Education/Associate Diploma in Education) and relevant teaching experience are invited to apply for these teaching roles under the "Decade of Dams" initiative.

Terms & Conditions

• Applicants must be citizens of Pakistan having local domicile of Chitral District.

• Selection will be strictly on a merit basis observing local hiring guidelines.

• Candidates applying on the prescribed application form available on WAPDA's website (www.wapda.gov.pk) will only be considered for shortlisting.

• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview by WAPDA.

• No TA/DA will be allowed to candidates for attending the test/interview.

• Educational degrees must be from HEC-recognized universities.

• General age relaxation is already included in the upper age limit of 35 years. No further age relaxation is allowed except a 03-year relaxation for candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes and the Buddhist Community.

• Serving employees must apply through proper channels. An advance copy of the application may be forwarded, but the candidate will not be allowed to appear for the interview without presenting an official NOC.

• Original documents must be presented by candidates at the time of the interview.

• Candidates will be called for interviews subject to detailed scrutiny of documents and verification of eligibility under the rules.

• Submission of bogus or fake information at any stage will result in termination of service and legal action.

• WAPDA reserves the right to withhold or cancel the recruitment process at any stage and increase or decrease the number of posts.

• A Police Clearance Certificate from the relevant police station is mandatory to submit along with the application form.

2. Complete the application form accurately and attach all required educational certificates, experience credentials, domicile copy, CNIC, and the Police Clearance Certificate.

3. Submit the duly filled application form to the office of the Resident Engineer, Golen Gol Hydel Power Station, Chitral.

4. Eligibility will be determined based on academic record, and shortlisting/selection will be conducted by the WAPDA Selection Board.
