Hazara Electric Supply Company Limited (HAZECO), a newly established public sector company under the Ministry of Energy (Power Division), Government of Pakistan, has announced several career opportunities. HAZECO is responsible for the supply and distribution of electricity across eight districts of the Hazara Division, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. To strengthen its human resource base and operational capacity, the company is looking for dynamic, result-oriented professionals to fill multiple vacancies on a contract basis.

Terms & Conditions

• Age Limit: Maximum age limit for all positions is 35 years.

• Provisional Selection: Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test. Scrutiny will be carried out later, and candidates found ineligible at any stage will be disqualified.

• Verification: Candidates must get their CNIC verified via NADRA e-Sahulat before depositing the test fee on the ETEA portal.

• CGPA Equivalence: Candidates with CGPA degrees must enter the official percentage equivalent provided by their university or submit an official equivalence certificate at the time of interview.

• Shortlisting: Shortlisting will be based on test scores conducted by ETEA. Interview calls will be issued to shortlisted candidates only.

• Nature of Job: Positions are purely contractual on Company Grade M-1, governed by HAZECO Policy on Contract Employment, 2025. Positions are non-pensionable and will not be regularized.

• Posting Location: Selected candidates can be posted anywhere within the service area of HAZECO.

• Ineligible Candidates: Awaiting results, incomplete/late applications, and employees dismissed or possessing criminal records are ineligible.

• NOC Required: Government/Semi-Government employees must apply through the proper channel and submit an NOC.

• Multiple Posts: Candidates applying for more than one post must submit separate online applications with separate fees.

• No TA/DA: No Travelling Allowance or Daily Allowance will be provided for test/interview.

How to Apply

1. Visit the official ETEA website at www.etea.edu.pk to submit your online application.

2. After completing the form, print the generated deposit slip containing your token number, project code, and personal info.

3. Pay the prescribed non-refundable test fee via Easypaisa App/Agent or at any branch of UBL Bank.

4. Keep the original bank deposit slip stamped by the bank as candidate copy. Do not share it with anyone.

5. Do not send physical documents/testimonials to ETEA at this stage. Documents will be required later during verification for shortlisted candidates.

6. Roll number slips, test dates, times, and venues will be available for download on the ETEA portal, and candidates will be informed via SMS. No separate call letters will be dispatched via postal mail.
