Water and Sanitation Services Company Mardan (WSSCM), established by the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and registered under Section 42 of the Companies Ordinance 1984, is seeking a senior professional for the executive leadership position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO). WSSCM delivers water, sanitation, and solid waste management services across the urban union councils of Mardan.

• Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

  • Qualification: B.Sc Engineering in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical, or Master's Degree in Environmental Engineering from an HEC-recognized university/institution.

  • Experience: Overall minimum 15 years of post-qualification experience in public or private organizations at Head of Department (HoD) or Senior Management level, including at least 3 years in a leadership position. Preference will be given to candidates with WATSAN / Municipal Services experience. Prior experience in international organizations or similar entities is preferred.

  • Skills: Strong working knowledge of ICT technologies, demonstrated leadership, excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, high computer software proficiency, and deep sectoral awareness regarding government statutory responsibilities.

  • Age Limit: Preferably not more than 57 years at the time of appointment. The Board of Directors may relax the upper age limit in exceptional circumstances based on candidate suitability.

  • Salary Package: Offered as per company policy depending on qualification and experience.
