Water & Sanitation Services Company Dera Ismail Khan (WSSCD), established by the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa under Section 42 of the Companies Act 2017, has announced exciting employment opportunities. Qualified, dynamic, and experienced professionals are invited to apply for various managerial and officer positions on a contract basis.

WSSCD offers market-based salaries in accordance with the Human Resource Manual of WSSCD and approved salary structures. Positions are available across operations, finance, project management, procurement, solid waste management, waste water management, and IT departments.

Terms & Conditions

• Nature of Employment: All positions are purely contractual and offered for a specified period, subject to extension based on performance and rules.

• Domicile Preference: Candidates holding Dera Ismail Khan Domicile will be given preference, subject to fulfilling prescribed eligibility criteria.

• Inclusive Quotas: Female, minority, disabled, and transgender candidates meeting eligibility requirements are strongly encouraged to apply.

• Age Relaxation: General age relaxation is admissible under prevailing government rules.

• Government Employees: Candidates currently serving in government departments, autonomous bodies, or public sector organizations must apply through proper channels with a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their competent authority.

• Ineligibility: Individuals dismissed, removed, or terminated from service on disciplinary grounds from any government, semi-government, autonomous, or private organization are ineligible to apply.

• Foreign Degrees: Applicants holding foreign degrees or diplomas must provide an equivalence certificate issued by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).

• Application Fee: A non-refundable application processing fee of Rs. 2,000/- must be deposited into the Bank of Khyber, Tank Adda Branch (0129) D.I. Khan, Account Title: "Water and Sanitation Services Company DIKhan", Account No: PK60 KHYB 0129 0030 0418 0452.

• Multiple Posts: Candidates wishing to apply for more than one post must submit separate application forms along with separate application processing fee receipts.

• Selection Procedure: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview/presentation. Qualification evaluation marks allocation includes: Education (50 marks), Experience (20 marks), and Interview/Presentation (30 marks).

• TA/DA & Authority Rights: No TA/DA will be admissible for attending interviews. WSSCD reserves the right to increase, decrease, modify, or cancel the recruitment process at any stage without incurring liability.

How to Apply

1. Download the prescribed application form from the official WSSCD website at www.wsscdikhan.pk or their official Facebook page.

2. Deposit the non-refundable processing fee of Rs. 2,000/- in the Bank of Khyber account details specified in the terms.

3. Fill out the application form completely and accurately.

4. Attach attested photocopies of all educational documents, experience certificates, testimonials, CNIC, domicile, and proof of payment of the processing fee.

5. Dispatch the complete application package via registered courier service to the following address:

   Office of the Chief Executive Officer, Water & Sanitation Services Company Dera Ismail Khan (WSSCD), Jahaz Chowk, Kacheri Road, Dera Ismail Khan.

6. Applications delivered by hand, through electronic mail (e-mail), or received incomplete/after the deadline will not be entertained.
