The Wheat Research Institute, Ayub Agricultural Research Institute (AARI), Faisalabad has issued an official recruitment advertisement inviting applications from Punjab-domiciled candidates for a research position. The appointment will be made on a contract basis for the Punjab Agricultural Research Board (PARB) funded project PARB Project No. 25-038 titled "Bridging the winter fodder gap: Evaluation and development of dual-purpose wheat lines for sustainable crop-livestock systems in Punjab".

Qualified individuals with an agricultural research background in Plant Breeding, Genetics, or Biotechnology are encouraged to apply before the closing date.

• Research Associate (PARB Project No. 25-038)

  • No. of Posts: 01

  • Age Limit: 21 to 35 Years

  • Qualification Required: M.Sc. (Hons.) Plant Breeding and Genetics OR Biotechnology

  • Project Duration: Three years total, initially for one year on a contract basis (extendable based on satisfactory performance)

  • Pay Package: Rs. 75,000/- per month (inclusive of allowances) with an annual increment @ 7% per year

• Government Employees: Candidates already in Government service must apply through the proper channel.

• Academic Criteria: Candidates must not have a third division throughout their academic career.
