Terms & Conditions

• Domicile Requirement: This recruitment is exclusively open to candidates holding a valid domicile of the Province of Sindh.

• Age Limits: The basic age criteria is 21 to 28 years. Age limits will be calculated from the application closing date.

• Age Relaxation: Upper age relaxation will be granted as per the prevailing Government of Sindh rules and policy (Rule 7 of the Sindh Civil Servants Rule, 2024, and the general upper age relaxation limit notification up to 05 years).

• Mandatory Screening Test: Applicants must have successfully passed the general screening test for matriculation categories with a minimum score of 40% conducted by the Sukkur IBA Testing Service (STS) and possess a valid certificate.

• Government Employees: Candidates already employed in District, Provincial, or Federal Government, Public Sector, or Semi-Government Organizations must submit their applications through the proper channel along with a No Objection Certificate (NOC).

• Selection Process: Only eligible and shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews. Candidates must appear before the Departmental Selection Committee with their original documents as per the schedule uploaded online.

• TA/DA: No TA/DA will be admissible for the interview process.

• Quota Allocation: Reserved job quotas for initial appointments will be strictly adhered to in accordance with the law, rules, and policy of the Government of Sindh.
