Terms & Conditions

1. Departmental Concurrence: For the post of Admin & Payroll Officer, the final selection process is subject to the issuance of NOC/concurrence from the Finance Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

2. Recruitment Policy: Hiring will strictly follow the WSSCM Recruitment Policy and HR Manual guidelines.

3. Application Accuracy: Candidates must ensure all entries in application documents are accurate and complete; unclaimed entries will not be entertained later. Providing fake or misleading information will lead to immediate cancellation of candidature at any stage.

4. ETEA Test Role: The ETEA test score will be used for eligibility/qualification screening only. Final evaluation, merit determination, and shortlisting will be conducted by the HR Internal Committee of WSSCM.

5. Shortlisting & TA/DA: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for tests and interviews. No TA/DA will be paid for attending tests or interviews.

6. Competent Authority Rights: The Board of Directors & HR Internal Committee of WSSCM hold final decision-making authority. WSSCM reserves the right to cancel/reject any application or change the number of advertised positions at any stage without notice.
