• Head Treasury Division (EVP-I / EVP)

  • Number of Positions: 01

  • Experience: Minimum ten (10) years' experience in the banking sector or treasury-related functions.

  • Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's degree from an HEC-recognized Institute/University (National/International).

  • Key Responsibilities: Managing and overseeing all functions of the Treasury Division; contributing to Asset-Liability Management (ALM) to maintain liquidity and cost-effectiveness; forecasting cash flow positions, borrowing needs, and investment opportunities; driving trading, investment, and treasury sales targets; monitoring dealing room activities within approved risk parameters; ensuring compliance with SBP statutory guidelines (SLR/CRR); managing foreign exchange operations, hedging currency/interest rate risks, and acting as Treasury Advisor to the Bank.

Terms & Conditions

• Age Limit: Maximum age limit of 60 years as on the closing date to apply.

• Contract Tenure: The employment contract will be up to a maximum of 5 years (extendable) with an upper age limit of up to 65 years.

• Remuneration: Market-competitive remuneration package will be offered.
