General Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for these strategic leadership roles, candidates must fulfill the following general eligibility and ineligibility requirements:

• Age Limit: The maximum age limit for these positions is 45 years as of the closing date of the application.

• Educational Background: A minimum of a Bachelor's degree from an HEC recognized national or international institute is required. Candidates with specialized professional qualifications (MBA Finance, M.Com, ACCA, ACMA, AAOIFI, or NIBAF diplomas) are highly preferred.

• Professional Experience: A minimum of 08 years of relevant professional experience in banking operations, finance, accounts, or Shariah compliance is mandatory.

• Expertise: Strong familiarity with SBP’s Islamic Banking regulations, Shariah Governance Frameworks, and Islamic financing products is essential.

• Ineligibility:
