• Position Title: Branch Manager (OG-I / AVP-I / AVP)

• Locations: Muzaffarabad, Rawalpindi, Sialkot, Lahore, Multan, Sukkur, Larkana, Shaheed Benazirabad, Mirpur Khas, Karachi & Turbat

• Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized national or international institute/university.

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of overall banking experience, with at least 1 year specifically as a Branch Manager. Candidates must specify 3 preferred cities/towns for placement, one of which must be a city where they have been posted in a previous assignment.

• Key Responsibilities:

  • Deposit mobilization and expansion of agricultural credit.

  • Recovery of regular and non-performing loans.

  • Supervision of branch services and operations.

  • Managing EKYC and ensuring strict regulatory compliance.
