Vacant Positions and Eligibility Criteria

ZTBL is currently hiring for senior-level positions in Islamabad and the Interior Sindh/Baluchistan regions.

Job Responsibilities & Skills

1. Head Project Unit SAM (Islamabad)

• Develop region-specific strategies for the recovery of bank portfolios (Projects + Overdue + Infected).

• Supervise field teams and ensure timely follow-up on defaulted accounts.

• Proactively identify and assess risks associated with delinquent accounts.

• Liaison with various divisions and handle legal cases under litigation.

2. Regional Manager Recovery (Sindh/Baluchistan)

• Implement strategic plans to maximize recovery and ensure regulatory compliance.

• Conduct regular field visits to customers with overdue and infected portfolios.

• Coordinate with legal teams for litigation and recovery through courts.

• Train and build capacity among branch staff regarding recovery procedures.

3. Head NPL Monitoring (Sindh/Baluchistan)

• Monitor overdue accounts and initiate timely recovery actions per bank guidelines.

• Liaise with local administration and law enforcement agencies.

• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, industry standards, and regulatory changes.

• Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding recovery procedures and regulations.

Eligibility & Ineligibility Criteria

• Age Limits (as on closing date):

  • SVP-I / SVP: Maximum 55 years.

  • VP-I / VP: Maximum 50 years.

  • AVP-I / AVP: Maximum 45 years.

• Skills: Excellent communication, analytical, interpersonal, adaptability, and teamwork skills.
