1. Unit Head – Islamic Banking Operations (AVP / VP-I / VP)

• Number of Positions: 01

• Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 08 years of professional experience in banking operations, Islamic Banking Windows (IBWs), or branch management.

  • Preferred expertise in SBP’s Islamic Banking regulations, Shariah Governance Framework, Islamic financing products & documentation, and converting conventional branches/portfolios to Islamic models (Asset & Liability sides).

• Qualification Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree from an HEC-recognized national or international university.

  • Candidates possessing specialized certifications like AAOIFI (CIPA/CSAA) or NIBAF diplomas are strongly encouraged to apply.

• Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee operational setup, relocation, and opening of Islamic Banking Branches and Windows in alignment with SBP and ZTBL policies.

  • Manage compliance, audit, and Shariah observations by implementing robust system controls.

  • Provide operational and technical leadership to regional and branch teams to achieve institutional growth targets.

  • Supervise end-to-end processing of Islamic financing facilities in strict adherence to credit risk manuals and Shariah guidelines.

  • Drive digital transformation, automation, and continuous workforce development within the Islamic banking wing.
