Job Details & Requirements

• Position: Branch Manager (OG-I/AVP-I/AVP).

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of banking experience, with at least 1 year specifically as a Branch Manager. Candidates must specify three cities/towns for placement, one of which must be a previous assignment location.

• Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's degree from an HEC-recognized national or international institute/university.

• Key Responsibilities: Deposit mobilization, agri-credit expansion, recovery of regular and non-performing loans, and supervision of operations, EKYC, and regulatory compliance.
